Kevin E. Rockitter

Kevin is an experienced litigator and the founder of the firm. He is admitted to practice in both New York and Florida.

Kevin was senior litigation partner in the Roslyn Heights firm of Natiss Gordon & Rockitter, P.C.  He is also a  former partner in the Garden City firm of Hollenberg Levin, and was an associate at the firm of Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C., located on Wall Street in New York City.

Kevin is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law. He is an experienced litigator in both State and Federal Courts. He has been an instructor in trial techniques at Hofstra University School of Law.  Kevin is a former candidate for the Nassau County Supreme Court, and has been a member of the Nassau County Executive Judicial Advisory Selection Committee. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers
Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association. He has also co-authored a text on
premises liability.

Kevin is experienced in matrimonial, commercial and personal injury litigation, and has a number of reported verdicts and decisions in these areas.
